All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the user in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the user’s needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of England and Wales. We do not offer any services on our own. We only provide a marketplace platform which allows Users to use the platform to stream, upload videos, view videos and exchange messages.
Streamers may charge a fee (per minute) to view stream/video on our platform. The content of stream, video, message, conversation with other Users are not our concern and we are not responsible for the same in any way whatsoever.
All content provided by users are for entertainment purposes only and do not in any way constitute personal, legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
By using our website or mobile apps you understand that you are not receiving any services directly from us.
Streamers or Users are not our employees and any communication between users is not our responsibility.
We do not have control over the content of videos and messages exchanged between the users.
LIMITED LIABILITY
We are not liable for any loss, damage, mental/emotional/physical stress which may result from the watching streaming, video or chat messages.

PROHIBITED CONTENT
You are prohibited from Broadcasting, Streaming, Posting Photos, Videos or Posting & Exchanging messages or Exchanging following content:
Sexually Explicit Material
Drug
Violence, Crime, Terrorism, Human Rights Violation
Hate Speech
Local Unlawful Activity
Copyright/IP Infringement
We reserve rights to remove the prohibited content at any time without giving any notice. We may also reserve the right to ban user’s accounts.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By default we record streaming and messages for security and safety purposes and moderation. By agreeing to use our system you agree to let us save phone/video recording on our server.

We endeavour to provide a secure platform as much as we can, however, we do not guarantee that platform is 100% secure. We do not encrypt end to end data. We do not offer any guarantee against hack/theft of personal data/messages or confidentiality breach.
We do not store your card details on our servers as transactions are handled by app stores or third party payment processors.
EARNINGS & PAYMENTS
You can cash out your earnings as per our earning and payment rules.
CASH OUT
- Minimum $100 balance is required to cash out
- We only support cash out via Paypal and direct bank transfer
- We reserve rights to enforce account verification before cash out

PROMO CODES
A promo code can be claimed only once. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts and claiming promo code will invalidate all claims may result in accounts termination/ban.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may ban users who violate our terms and conditions without giving any notice whatsoever.
If we find that you have earned with fraudulent activities then we will not release payment to you.
Your account can also be banned due to various other reasons:
- If you initiate a chargeback refund from Appstore/PayPal/credit card companies and continue to use our app. In such cases we also inform various fraud prevention companies and 3rd parties.
- If you intend to request a refund from Appstore/PayPal/credit card companies after using our services.
- Rude, abusive, threatening & unreasonable behaviour towards other users or our staff
We can terminate your account at any time without giving any notice.
