After creating account click on Go Live from the top menu.

On Go Live page fill the various fields. You can set your own rate which you will charge from viewers. You can either choose to stream for free or charge users. When you select to charge users, users will pay to watch your streaming. For new members it is recommended that you start with Free streaming and charge viewers later once you have many followers. 

You can set rate for private video chat.

For both streaming and private chat you will see how much you are charging to viewers and your earnings.
